Order & Installation Guidelines

• Utility Locates: Please allow 2–3 business days after your order is placed for utility locates to be completed.

• Bare Land Orders: If the location site is bare land, please email the Tax Id # and nearest address to pacificpostpros@gmail.com.

• Sprinkler Systems: Please mark the property or indicate during your initial order if you desire a specific installation location, or if the property includes a sprinkler system or other underground restrictions. While we do our best to avoid them, it is your responsibility to notify us of any sprinkler systems.

  • Damage Policy: If a sprinkler is damaged during installation, Pacific Post Pros must be notified immediately and given a reasonable amount of time to repair the water line. If we are not given the opportunity to repair the break, the maximum reimbursement will be capped at the cost of the sign rental.

 

Post Care & Maintenance

• No Drilling: To avoid damage, please do not drill holes into the vinyl posts. Use outdoor double-sided tape instead if you need to attach something.

• Yard-Friendly Mounts: The posts use hidden internal stakes so your grass and yard stay virtually undamaged.

• Leaning Posts & Courtesy Stops: Because of the stake design, posts may lean over time due to weather changes or heavy signage. If your post shifts, shifts due to inclement weather, or simply loses its professional look over time, we will provide a courtesy stop to fix it at no cost to you. Just give us a ring, shoot us a text, or send an email and we'll handle it right away!

 

Sign Adjustments & Return Trips

• Return Trips: When situations arise that require us to return to an address to hang a new sign or relocate a previously placed post, a fee equal to half of the installation price will apply.

 

Removal & Lost Equipment Policies

• Sign Removal: It is your responsibility to notify us for sign removal when the property listing closes or expires. We recommend scheduling the removal of the post and sign a few days before closing to avoid potential damage.

• Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Equipment: If a Pacific Post Pros sign post, stake, or flyer box is lost, damaged, or stolen, the following replacement fees will apply:

  • Post: $95.00

  • Stake: $35.00

  • Flyer Box: $18.00
